Our holistic approach to hospice care focuses on the unique needs of each patient to ensure we provide the exemplary care for which we are entrusted.
Dave Nattress
CEO & Chairman of the Board
Dave is the current CEO and Chairman of the Board for AMG Hospice of Arizona. He has over 30 years of experience in the post-acute healthcare industry. Early in his career, he worked as a regional vice president for two of the largest post-acute healthcare organizations in the country before co-founding Advanced Health Care (AHC) with his brother Brett in 2000.
During his time at AHC, the company grew to over 35 post-acute entities including transitional rehab facilities, home health organizations and hospice agencies throughout the United States and was ultimately sold in 2020.
Dave is excited for this new endeavor as he works with his leadership team to develop AMG into a leading-edge healthcare company that is founded on a culture of friendly employees who treat their patients with compassion and kindness combined with a focus on excellence.
Jona Pagano, LNHA
Executive Director
Before joining AMG Hospice of Arizona as the Executive Director, Jona worked for the past 17 years in healthcare operations as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She brings exceptional experience and knowledge regarding compliance, human resources and finance combined with a true understanding of the importance of insuring that each of her patients is treated with care and respect.
Jona is a team builder who was recognized as one of the most successful executives in the post-acute industry. She is excited for the opportunity to lead her new team of healthcare professionals as they work collectively to provide hospice services with the highest standards of integrity and compassion.
Diane Pagano
VP of Business Development
Diane has had a lifelong career working in the healthcare industry with over 50 years of experience in the skilled nursing and post-acute care sector. For the past 18 years, she worked for a large and successful organization as a Regional Vice President of Admissions and Marketing.
Diane is recognized as one of the truly exceptional leaders in the Arizona market having developed relationships throughout Maricopa County for the past several decades. Her role at AMG Hospice of Arizona will be to work with outside agencies, referral sources and community groups as an ambassador and advocate for patients and families throughout the valley.
Diane is excited to be part of the AMG journey and to be given the opportunity to join the leadership team to help create the vision and goal of providing the highest standard of care in the hospice industry.
